Our Story
We are Valentyn and Valeriia, the founders of M&H Construction & Design.
Originally from Ukraine, we moved to the United States in 2022 and began building a new chapter in South Carolina. Through residential projects, we came to understand how many decisions, details, and people shape a home long before the final result is visible.
Over time, we realized that the part we cared about most was seeing the entire picture. Construction, design, materials, and everyday function should all work together.
That way of thinking became M&H Construction & Design. We founded the company in 2025 with the goal of creating a more connected and personal approach to custom homes, renovations, and design-build projects in the South Carolina Lowcountry.
As a family-owned company, our involvement is personal. We stay close to the process, communicate directly, and focus on homes that are well-built, thoughtful, and lasting.
